Joe Rogan has the most popular podcast in the United States, with a regular audience of eleven million people and quickly growing. This audience is more than double that of any news anchor on mainstream news. Rogan has defended bodily autonomy, and the right of people to make their own medical decisions. Whereas a few short years ago, this principle would have been seen by nearly all as common sense, the principle of "my body, my choice" has taken on new urgency, and is under new attacks. There have been frantic calls to de-platform Rogan, with vastly more who express support. Joe Rogan may be heard on Spotify, and his most popular podcasts relate extensively to civil liberties.

The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) has been one of the strongest voices for civil liberties and a bulwark against vaccine mandates since long before COVID. Their legal action network has forced information of urgent need by the public to be released through FOIA requests and other legal action. The Highwire is a weekly video production by Del Bigtree of interviews and news stories related to civil liberties stances against vaccine mandates.
